The model is designed around the following,
- Baseline: The employees fuels their Digital Twins through a defined set of tests and games and sets that as a starting point for the Journey.
- Target: The Desired state for the Company is defined and is set as the Target for the Journey.
- Development: A number of activities are executed by the organization according to a defined plan for the Journey.
- Milestones: At regular intervals a new milestone status is set by the organization and the delta change is measured.
TalEction uses these elements (Baseline, Target, Development, Milestones) to define the performance of the organization - down to the individual employee.
And uses the outcome as the foundation of a continuous improvement process in order to secure a successful transition to the Desired state.
